The new Ramey ATC Tower cabin has been put into place. The new cabin frame came in at 60,000lb. The old tower cap, which we saved, came in at 31,000 lb.

When time came to pick up the cabin the crane’s rear lifted up and almost tipped over!!! Needless to say almost everybody scattered for shelter but there was no real safe place to go

The crane was re-positioned, just about kissing the tower and non essential personal was asked to leave the site. The lift was on again and went well as you can see in the images

The physical construction of the tower will be done by February. The certification of the Tower is expected to be completed by May
