Borinquen Field/Ramey Air Force Base during the years, 1939 to 1973.
Designed and available for a post- high school student
to gain training and education in aviation and aerospace.

Eligibility:

High school graduate

High school academic achiever of 2.75 or better

U.S. citizen and Puerto Rico resident. Student’s residency and citizenship status are determined by the institute of application.

Demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in aeronautics and/or aerospace, good in knowledge of science and math as verified by a current transcript.

Accepted as a full-time student as determined by the university or the institute of application
