Anyone who has traveled outside the parameter of Ramey has encountered a publico.  Barb and I did.  Many times.  We even relied on them.  More often than not it was a treacherous experience.

One morning a publico passed us as we were driving to San Juan.  The driver was in a great rush.  Soon we caught up to him following a truck.  He tried numerous to times to get by.  But as you can see by his brakes lights he was a bit short on nerve.
