During our 2013RAFBHA Reunion the Aguadilla Mayor, Hon. Carlos Mendez, donated the use of the historic “Benitez Hall’ for one of our gatherings.

Donating their time, effort and expertise was the Ramey Job Corps Culinary Arts Class students. They prepared, served and attended our members with courtesy and professionalism. The food was outstanding, to say the least, not to mention their incredible “flan”!!!

The RAFBHA wanted to donate a monetary sum to the Culinary Arts Class for their great effort but was not able to do so since the rules governing the, US Dept of Labor funded, Job Corps Program does not allow anyone to do so.

We went ahead and gave the students a certificate of accomplishment for their effort and more importantly their resume.

We also gave the Professor of Culinary Arts, Frank Quintana  a certificate of accomplishment for a job well done.
